About The Position

The Production Lead position is responsible for performing all the duties of the assigned production area, plus directing and coordinating activities of others within the area. This position is a “hands on” part of the team, occupying a direct labor position while assisting in the coordination of work flow, troubleshooting with operators, and leading by example. The position coordinates area activities in the absence of the Supervisor.
