We are seeking a motivated, hands on Production Team Lead to support daily manufacturing operations. This role is responsible for leading a team on the production floor, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. The Production Team Lead serves as a key link between frontline employees and leadership, helping drive productivity and continuous improvement.

Requirements

2+ years experience manufacturing or construction experience preferred.
Prior leadership or team lead experience preferred.
Ability to read tape measure and basic measurement tools
Experience with hand and power tools.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem solving skills.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical work as needed.
Basic computer skills for reporting, communication, etc.
General understanding of building systems and familiarity with construction and, or manufacturing.

Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and support a team of production employees on the floor.
Assign daily tasks and monitor workflow to meet production goals.
Responsible for driving continuous flow through safety, quality, and delivery.
Ensure all work meets company quality standards and specifications.
Perform routine quality checks to minimize rework.
Confirm quality through routine checks to minimize rework.
Assist in training new operators.
Identify and elevate constraints.
Ensure that standard work methods are followed.
Ensure 5S standards are maintained and improved.
Ensure tools, parts, and materials are supplied to maintain flow.
Have working knowledge of skill sets, activities, and time required to complete tasks.
All other duties as assigned.
