The Team Lead will act as a liaison between flexible employees, key contacts at the client location, and Innovative Staff Solutions Internal management team. Requirements

Previous customer service experience and a genuine enjoyment of working with people.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
Detail-oriented and organized.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
Dependable and flexible, with the ability to work Sunday – Thursday 10:30pm – 7:00am, with occasional overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

Assist with assignments, scheduling, attendance records, and conflict resolution.
Conduct orientations for new employees.
Relay directions from client supervisors to employees and communicate shift information.
Act as a liaison between the ISS team and the client.
Perform floor walks, safety checks, drug screens, and process Workman’s Comp paperwork.
Counsel, coach, mentor employees, and document into the HRIS system.
Build relationships with key contacts and team members.
Perform other tasks as assigned by the ISS team.
