About The Position

The Production Support role is part of Land O’Lakes, Inc.’s Dairy Food manufacturing team. The position performs front-line production processes that add value and quality to inputs and create final products. Work includes turning raw materials into products for customers, operating machinery and equipment, and packaging finished products. The Dairy Food business creates dairy products and seeks to improve production and find innovative uses for milk.

The role is scheduled for second shift, Monday through Friday, from 1:00 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. Weekends, overtime, and holidays may be required as needed. Pay is $21.25 per hour, with a $1.15-per-hour shift differential if applicable.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• At least 1 year of work experience in any industry.
• Basic computer and math skills.
• Ability to read, write, comprehend, and follow verbal and written instructions in English.
• Willingness to learn new skills, problem-solve, and troubleshoot.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills, and a respectful manner.

Nice To Haves

• At least 1 year of manufacturing work experience.
• Machine operation and/or forklift experience.

• Multitask and keep up with production demands in a fast-paced environment.
• Follow quality standards and standard operating procedures during production.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Collaborate with and follow instructions from Leads and Management to complete daily work assignments.
• Operate machinery and equipment and package finished products.
