About The Position

Entry level warehouse associate to perform the following warehouse jobs; Picker, box maker, palletizer, and quality assurance. Working with wine is cool. Want to work with wine? Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent (preferred but often not required).
  • Ability to read, understand, and follow written instructions (e.g., pick lists, packing slips).
  • Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and quantity checks.
  • Ability to use handheld scanners or warehouse management systems (training usually provided).
  • Previous warehouse, shipping, or stocking experience.
  • Experience with pallet jacks, carts, or similar equipment.
  • Familiarity with barcoding or inventory systems.
  • Commitment to excellence and high standards.
  • Good attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as a member of various teams and committees.
  • Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm.
  • Ability to understand and follow written and verbal process instructions.
  • Strong verbal, written, and phone communication skills.
  • Bilingual welcome.

Responsibilities

  • Process product pallets; run boxes through machines; insert pulp into boxes; stack empty boxes; pull and apply labels.
  • Pull the right inventory and build customer facing products from multiple inventory SKUs using scanners to identify products; pull product from flow bins (containers/shelving); place inventory into product packages.
  • Give every outgoing product a final once-over to make sure it’s top-notch and ready to impress.
  • Keep your workspace safe and sparkling.
  • Perform customer-specific services at special handling stations. Tasks vary by client (e.g., hand-rolling bottles in tissue, custom box builds, wax dipping).
  • Pitch in wherever needed.
  • Show up ready to roll.
  • Work beyond your regular work hours and occasionally on a weekend, if needed.
  • Wear many hats and potentially be pulled into other projects.
