This position is for a Production Supervisor on the 2nd shift in the Loin Bone department. The role involves meeting and exceeding production goals, supervising employees, ensuring adherence to procedures, safety, and cleanliness, and maintaining policy compliance. The supervisor is responsible for meeting volume goals, reducing claims, maximizing yields, controlling costs, employee retention, and fostering good working relationships with the Union, USDA, and maintenance employees. Compliance with food safety, human resources, and safety policies is also a key responsibility.
