The position involves people leadership and process mastery, guiding daily production, coaching team members, and contributing to the operation's future. Responsibilities

Lead, inspire, coach, and develop team members to reach their best.
Foster a respectful, accountable, people-first culture.
Conduct shift huddles focusing on goals, safety, and priorities.
Ensure production is safe, efficient, and on track.
Partner with Quality Assurance (QA) and operations teams to uphold safety, quality, and compliance.
Operate equipment or provide coverage as needed to maintain workflow.
Maintain accurate records and documentation.
Reinforce Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and food safety practices.
Identify issues early, escalate them quickly, and ensure continuous line operation.
