About The Position

The Production Supervisor – Level I is a foundational leadership role for those stepping into frontline supervision. You’ll guide daily production, Shipping/Receiving, coach and develop team members, and strengthen the foundation to grow into higher-level leadership. Along the way, you’ll be mentored by seasoned Supervisors and Managers as you sharpen your skills in people leadership, problem-solving, safety, and quality.

Responsibilities

Lead People: Inspire, coach, and develop team members to reach their full potential. Foster a respectful, accountable workplace culture. Lead daily shift huddles, aligning teams on goals, safety, and priorities.
Drive Operations: Oversee production processes to keep shifts safe, efficient, and on track. Collaborate with QA and operations partners to uphold safety, quality, and compliance. Step in to support equipment operations or coverage when needed to ensure team success.
Ensure Excellence: Maintain accurate records and documentation. Reinforce GMPs and food safety practices. Identify and escalate issues quickly to keep production flowing.
