About The Position

This role is for a frontline leader in snack operations, focusing on safety, efficiency, and success. The Production Supervisor will guide daily production, coach and develop team members, and contribute to the future of the operation. They will receive mentorship from experienced Supervisors and Managers to develop skills in problem-solving, safety, and quality. The position emphasizes people leadership and process mastery in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.

Responsibilities

Partner with Quality Assurance (QA) and operations teams to uphold safety, quality, and compliance.
Step in to run equipment or provide coverage when needed to keep the team moving forward.
Maintain accurate records and documentation.
Reinforce GMPs and food safety practices every day.
Spot issues early, escalate fast, and keep the lines flowing.
