About The Position

Riverside Foods, a Lakeside Foods company, is committed to growing its company and its people. Since 1887, Lakeside Foods has produced a diverse line of canned and frozen foods, selling products through major retailers, food service distributors, and national restaurant chains. The company is driven to find new, innovative ways to serve its customers and community. The Production II employee is responsible for safely and efficiently carrying out daily dumping of raw product cases off of the production line and the daily pallet stacking of finished product cases off of the production line according to food safety, HACCP, Preventative Controls and customer requirements. This role also involves preparing batter mixtures and maintaining finished product quality coming off of the line.

Requirements

Attention to detail
Drive to succeed
Safety minded with ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and work in a drug and alcohol free workplace
Ability to lift 50 pounds regularly
Ability to move product above shoulder height
Must be able to operate a manual pallet jack
Understanding of basic math skills

Previous food manufacturing experience preferred

Responsibilities
