About The Position

Oversee and coordinate the daily operations of the production floor, ensuring the efficient and timely manufacturing of goods. This role involves analyzing production documents, planning work schedules, and collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth operations. The Production Supervisor is responsible for maintaining accurate records, preparing performance reports, and implementing measures to enhance production methods, equipment performance, and product quality. They will also be responsible for requesting necessary materials and supplies, maintaining regular attendance, and fostering cooperative relationships with colleagues while ensuring compliance with all company policies and procedures.

Requirements

A minimum of HS graduate/GED.
A minimum of 3 – 5 years industry experience or equivalent experience in a similar industry.
Ability to build a successful team by fostering an environment of trust.
Excellent organizational skills.
Strong attention to quality detail and good decision-making.
Effective communication and excellent interpersonal relationship skills.

Responsibilities

Coordinates and directs production activities to ensure goods are manufactured efficiently.

Prepares reports on shift performance for departmental supervisors.

Maintains regular attendance and be punctual for assigned shifts.
Fosters cooperative relationships with colleagues.
Ensures compliance with all company policies and procedures.
