About The Position

As a Packer on the night shift at IPL Schoeller, you will be responsible for ensuring products are produced and packed for shipping to customers in accordance with standards for safety, quality, and productivity. Packers are expected to work in a safe manner, perform inspection of product prior to packing, report discrepancies/defects regarding product quality and/or equipment malfunction, and to provide high-quality workmanship. Product inspection and packing are the primary duties of a Packer.

Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs. continuously throughout a 12-hour shift.
• Prolonged periods of walking and standing on concrete production flooring.
• Use of tape machines for box making.
