About The Position

This position involves operating a truck to transfer or drop off trailers between facilities, yards, or docks. The Shuttle Driver is responsible for ensuring necessary paperwork is completed, checking trailer temperatures, and maintaining proper fuel levels for reefers. The role also requires participation as a team member, adherence to Simmons Operating systems principles, and performing other duties as necessary to support business objectives.

Requirements

• Must have a current CDL Class A license with 1 years of driving experience (DOT- specific).
• Must maintain a valid driver's license.
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• CDL Required for this Shipping position
