About The Position
One (1) First Shift and One (1) Second Shift Weekend Supervisor Positions are available. These roles will supervise production shifts, monitoring attendance, and performance evaluation of operators, packers, and line coordinators. The ability to evaluate and implement production schedules on Weekends is essential. The Supervisor will work Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday, with 12-hour shifts.

- Ability to evaluate and implement production schedules on Weekends.
Responsibilities
- Supervise a team of Machine Operators, Production Operators, Waste Management Operators and Janitors.
- Works closely with other departments regarding production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolves problems.
- Meets production financial standards by providing annual budget information; monitoring expenditures; identifying variances; implementing corrective actions.
- Evaluates functionality and reliability of facility systems and associated equipment and employees.
- Maintains safe and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures; complying with legal (OSHA) codes and regulations.
