About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Production Supervisor to oversee our manufacturing operations and ensure the efficient, safe, and quality-driven production of our products. Requirements

Proven experience in a manufacturing or production supervisory role
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Knowledge of safety regulations and quality standards in manufacturing
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and production schedules
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in production management software and MS Office Suite
High school diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities

Supervise daily manufacturing activities to meet production targets and quality standards
Coordinate and schedule production workflows to optimize efficiency and resource utilization
Monitor and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment for all employees
Lead, motivate, and develop production team members through coaching and performance management
Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and quality assurance standards
Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime
Collaborate with maintenance, quality, and supply chain teams to ensure smooth operations
Maintain accurate production records and report on key performance indicators
