Production Supervisor - 2nd Shift
About The Position
The Production Supervisor leads a team of skilled workers to meet production schedules and collaborates with the production manager to develop and carry out production activities in a safe working environment. The supervisor follows quality controls and procedures to ensure raw materials and finished goods meet product specifications, maintains a safe and clean work environment, promptly addresses safety concerns, and prepares production reports covering performance metrics, output, and quality data for regular updates to management. This is a second-shift position located in Tulsa, Oklahoma. The role is safety-sensitive and may be subject to employer or customer drug testing. Employment will begin with ChampionX and transition to SLB as part of the planned integration following SLB’s acquisition of ChampionX.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related subject, or equivalent work experience.
- At least 7 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
- At least 4 years of experience in a supervisory role.
- Ability to act independently under general direction.
