About The Position

The Production Supervisor coordinates, plans, and executes the daily activities of departments. The role establishes priorities for customer orders, reviews crewing guides and work orders, monitors staffing to support workflow, schedules fabrication and completion activities, controls inventory of finished parts and components, and confers with departments to determine work progress. This is a salaried exempt, full-time, on-site second-shift position in Bradford, Pennsylvania, with hours from 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. The position has supervisory responsibilities.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of manufacturing processes.
• Knowledge of the AX operating system.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, plan, and execute daily department activities.
• Establish priorities for specific customer orders.
• Review crewing guides and work orders daily.
• Monitor manpower to coordinate proper workflow.
• Set schedules for fabrication and completion departments to assure proper workflow.
• Control inventory of finished parts and components in the bunks.
• Confer with departments to determine work progress.
• Perform supervisory responsibilities.
