About The Position

Requirements

  • Pursuing students pursuing a degree in management or engineering
  • Targeting students with experience in with strong communication skills, leadership potential, problem-solving abilities, and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Experience with team projects, continuous improvement activities, data analysis, or coursework related to operations, engineering, business, or manufacturing

Responsibilities

  • Lead a line balancing and bottleneck analysis project focused on the Slide Rail and Intercostal galvanization processes.
  • Observe production flow, collect and analyze process data, identify constraints, and recommend productivity improvements to increase throughput and efficiency.
  • Gain hands-on experience performing many of the day-to-day responsibilities of a Production Supervisor, including coordinating with production teams, supporting safety and quality initiatives, problem-solving, and driving continuous improvement efforts on the manufacturing floor.
