About The Position

The Production Supervisor - Debone S1 is a frontline leader overseeing daily operations within a poultry production facility. The supervisor ensures production targets are met while maintaining high standards for safety, quality assurance, and efficiency. Based primarily on the production floor, the role coordinates team duties, monitors equipment and workflow, and enforces health and safety regulations. It also requires responding to operational issues in real time to help maintain a productive and well-functioning workplace.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to make decisions independently.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.

Nice To Haves

• College degree in a related field.
• One or more years of previous supervisory experience.
• Leadership experience with 20 or more employees.
• Poultry or food industry experience.
• Bilingual English/Spanish skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide training and create a positive work environment to help employees reach their highest potential in quality and productivity.
• Organize manpower, materials, equipment, and production schedules to ensure efficient operations.
• Oversee employee performance and offer constructive feedback, both positive and corrective.
• Encourage open communication and employee involvement to build team morale and support company values.
• Collaborate with other departments to identify opportunities for quality improvement, cost savings, and process enhancements.
• Ensure safety standards are followed and promote a safe working environment for all team members.
• Take on additional responsibilities as needed to support the Plant Operations Team.
