About The Position

This role is responsible for organizing personnel assignments and training to meet daily customer production schedules while maintaining safety and quality requirements. The Production Supervisor will also perform daily employee performance and attendance management actions, assist in developing and orientating new team members, and drive organizational strategic imperatives and initiatives. A key aspect of this role is to implement improvement ideas by leveraging team members' feedback and suggestions, and to assist in developing a culture focused on safety, quality, delivery, and cost. The supervisor will also communicate relevant business information, company policies, and business updates to team members and collaborate cross-functionally with other departments and organizational stakeholders.
