Production Specialist $1k Sign-On Bonus
About The Position
Terex Utilities is hiring a Production Specialist in Watertown, South Dakota, to manufacture fiberglass components to specifications. The role involves interpreting blueprints, maintaining a clean work area and following 5S standards, troubleshooting basic issues, and complying with occupational health and safety requirements and Terex safety policies. The Production Specialist works as a team member, contributes to group goals, promotes Terex Way Values, and performs other duties as needed. The position offers a $1,000 sign-on bonus: $500 after six months of employment and $500 after one year. The employee must be active at the time of each payout. Compensation is $21.00–$22.50 per hour, based on factors including education, work experience, and certifications.
Requirements
- High school diploma and/or equivalent experience.
- 0–2 years of manufacturing experience.
- Able to lift up to 40 lbs. and 40–100 lbs. with assistance from others or provided lifting equipment.
- Good mechanical aptitude.
- Capable of using most hand tools.
- Able to understand and follow verbal and written instructions.
