Production Specialist $1k Sign-On Bonus
About The Position
Terex Utilities is seeking a Production Specialist to manufacture fiberglass components at its Watertown, South Dakota location. The role involves working to specifications, interpreting blueprints, maintaining a clean work area, troubleshooting basic issues, and following occupational health and safety requirements and Terex safety procedures. The specialist contributes to team goals, promotes Terex values, and performs other duties as needed. The position offers a $1,000 sign-on bonus, paid in two installments: $500 after six months of employment and $500 after one year. The employee must be active at each payout to receive the bonus. Compensation is $21.00–$22.50 per hour, based on factors including education, work experience, and certifications.
Requirements
- High school diploma and/or equivalent experience.
- 0–2 years of manufacturing experience.
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and to lift 40–100 pounds with assistance from others or provided lifting equipment.
- Good mechanical aptitude.
- Ability to use most hand tools.
- Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions.
Responsibilities
- Manufacture fiberglass components to specifications.
