About The Position

The Production & Sourcing Summer Internship supports the Express brand at PHOENIX Retail, LLC, a multi-brand retail platform operating Express and Bonobos worldwide. The PHOENIX Internship Program is a paid, 10-week program for rising junior and senior undergraduates and graduate students. Interns gain hands-on experience, collaborate across functions, learn from experienced professionals, and develop professional skills. The program includes professional development workshops, networking and mentorship opportunities, a cross-functional group project, group outings, social events, and volunteer opportunities.

The internship takes place from June 2 to August 5, 2027, at PHOENIX’s Columbus, Ohio headquarters. The intern is expected to work full-time, 40 hours per week, follow the four-days-in-office approach, relocate to the office location (housing is not provided), and commit to the full program. Applicants must be currently authorized to work full-time in the United States; PHOENIX does not sponsor work visas for this position.

Requirements

• Available to work full-time, 40 hours per week.
• Able to embrace the four-days-in-office approach.

• Able to commit to the entire 10-week program, from June 2 to August 5, 2027.
• Currently authorized to work full-time in the United States; work visa sponsorship is not provided.

Responsibilities

• Analyze cost management and negotiation.
• Review and maintain calendars.
• Manage purchase orders, production deadlines, and approval dates.
• Support vendor communication.
• Interact with Merchant and Planning & Allocation partners for order management.
• Attend milestone meetings with Executive Leadership.
• Perform data entry and sample management.
