About The Position

The PHOENIX Internship Program is a paid, 10-week program for rising junior and senior undergraduates and graduate students. Interns work with experienced professionals, gain exposure to a multi-brand retail company, receive hands-on experience in an area of interest, collaborate across functions, and develop professional skills. PHOENIX Retail, LLC operates the Express and Bonobos brands. This Production & Sourcing Internship supports the Express brand and is based at the Columbus, Ohio headquarters. The Summer 2027 program runs from June 2 to August 5. Interns are expected to work 40 hours per week, follow a four-days-in-office approach, relocate to the office location, and commit to the full 10-week program. Housing accommodations are not provided. Program offerings include professional-skills workshops, networking sessions with leaders, mentorship opportunities, a cross-functional group project, group outings, social events, and volunteer opportunities. Applicants must be currently authorized to work full-time in the United States; PHOENIX does not sponsor work visas for this position.

Requirements

Available to work full-time, 40 hours per week.
Able to embrace the four-days-in-office approach.
