Requirements

Must be able to consistently lift 50lbs
Required to stand for long periods of time, bend, reach and move about the facility
Required to grip twist and turn both hands for long periods of time
Must be authorized to work in the United States and successfully pass a comprehensive criminal background investigation
Good Attendance is a MUST

Responsibilities

Learn to read postal qualification reports
Learn to sort all types of mail including US and Canadian
Willingness to learn all types of machine including: Flow Master inserters, Swing Arm inserters, Inkjets, Affixers, Tabbers, Barcode Sorting Machine
Willingness start off as a sorter and work up to the machines
Exhibit a sense of urgency and awareness of production rates expected for sorting and (or) machine operating
Actively participates in the continuous improvement process for quality control, productivity, and operating procedures
Maintain a clean and safe working environment
Consistent and Reliable attendance is mandatory
All other duties as assigned
