Production Shift Supervisor
About The Position
Sika is a worldwide innovation and sustainability leader that develops and produces systems and products for commercial and residential construction, transportation, marine, automotive, and renewable energy manufacturing. The company has subsidiaries in 102 countries and produces technologies in more than 400 factories. The Production Shift Supervisor leads a team to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient chemical plant operations during the shift. The role supports Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS), production, and maintenance activities by guiding the team, improving processes, and helping build a high-performing work environment. The shift hours are 2:00 p.m.–10:30 p.m. MST. The stated salary range is $85,000–$95,000 per year.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in chemical plant operations.
- Strong leadership and coaching skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Problem-solving skills to improve plant performance.
- Experience with SAP maintenance systems.

- Knowledge of PSM and RCMS.
Responsibilities
- Lead shift teams to meet safety, environmental, and production goals.
- Act as Incident Commander during emergencies.
- Monitor performance indicators and optimize processes.
- Ensure procedures are followed and updated.
- Coach and evaluate team members to build a high-performance culture.
- Participate in root cause analysis and reliability reviews.
- Support continuous improvement and plant optimization.
- Perform technician duties when needed.
- Identify training needs and support development initiatives.
