About The Position

The Production Setup Associate collects materials used in production and assists the flexographic press operator with basic press setup functions. The role also involves cleaning press equipment, collecting trash, and stocking supplies at assigned presses. The position works Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. and pays $15.00–$16.00 per hour. The employee must be able to work safely in a fast-paced production and warehouse environment. The position is subject to a background check and drug testing. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of the job.

Requirements

Be detail-oriented and able to follow standard work instructions.
Have working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
Be able to communicate and work effectively with co-workers.
Have at least 3–6 months of general warehouse experience.
Have a high school diploma or GED equivalent.
Be able to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive motions involving hands, wrists, and arms.
Frequently use hands and fingers to handle, control, or feel objects, tools, or controls.
Be able to walk, reach, bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
Be able to regularly lift and/or move up to 75 pounds, with or without assistance.
Have close and distance vision and the ability to adjust focus to inspect materials and products.
Be able to work safely in a fast-paced production and warehouse environment.
Pass a background check and drug testing.

Responsibilities

Collect and return materials, inks (including mixing), dies, and miscellaneous supplies from assigned presses.
Assist the press operator with basic setup operations on flexographic presses.
Clean press equipment.
Collect trash and stock supplies at assigned presses.
