About The Position

The Production Scheduling Coordinator plans and establishes production schedules for assigned machines at the Visalia facility. The role aligns schedules with sales forecasts, lead times, production capacity, and customer demand, while monitoring inventory to ensure production materials are available. It oversees the scheduling process to support timely customer deliveries and works with Production, Distribution, Customer Service, Coated Paperboard, and outside vendors to maintain customer needs and inventory levels. This is a contract-to-hire position based onsite in Visalia, California. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, and the dress code is casual. The pay range is $22.00–$24.00 per hour. Individual compensation depends on factors including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, and internal equity. Requirements

Knowledge of manufacturing processes.
Experience with planning and scheduling.
