Production Scheduling Coordinator
About The Position
The Production Scheduling Coordinator plans and establishes production schedules for assigned machines at the Visalia facility. The role aligns schedules with sales forecasts, lead times, production capacity, and customer demand; monitors inventory to ensure materials are available; and oversees scheduling processes to support timely customer order delivery. The coordinator works with Production, Distribution, Customer Service, Coated Paperboard, and outside vendors to maintain customer needs and inventory levels. This is a contract-to-hire position based on-site in Visalia, California. The stated schedule is 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with casual dress. The pay range is $22.00–$24.00 per hour.
Requirements
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes.
- Experience with planning and scheduling.

- Ability to give direction and interact with Plant Leadership in individual and group settings.
- Excellent time-management abilities.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks with flexibility and prioritize duties.
- Computer literacy in Excel, word processing programs, and email.
