The Production Scheduler will forecast, plan, and schedule the production workflow based on customer orders. This role collaborates with Production Supervisors to define priorities, releases products to the appropriate department, and utilizes the company ERP system to create and analyze reports. The scheduler closely monitors job progress from creation to completion, enters inventory information, and analyzes inventory and delivery problems to recommend solutions. A proactive approach to scheduling is expected to identify potential conflicts and minimize errors, while also providing data for forecast estimates and future order needs. The role ensures safety and quality goals are met, with additional duties as assigned.
