Requirements

  • Degree in Administration or equivalent experience required
  • a minimum of three years of progressive experience in Planning, Manufacture, Logistics, Purchases, Quality
  • including three or more years of direct project management experience
  • professional recognition and industry networking are desired
  • a high-level of proficiency in speaking to large audiences
  • able to lead and direct diverse teams
  • 100% of English written and spoken
  • a strong personal computer working capabilities in MS Office Suite
  • MRP (SAP, Oracle, AS400), Power BI or dashboard tool is desirable

Responsibilities

  • Work with production to make sure that they don’t have any barrier to complete the production plan.
  • Review with purchasing the CTB make sure everything is on time.
  • Work with other departments to achieve the completion date of the units
  • Managed day a day production scheduled.
  • Review with purchasing team the shortages
  • Responsible for plant attainment goals and actual (Daily, weekly & Monthly)
  • Lead delivery actions and FCC daily meetings
  • Work with engineering to process correctly the revision.
  • Updated daily production plan
  • Make sure the MES is updated with current status of the units
  • Daily discussion with production on shortages and decided units going to the line
  • Make sure customer dates are met
  • Provide feedback and information to Customer Service on the progress of the units
