Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience in production planning, scheduling, or materials coordination preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent manufacturing experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient PC and analytical skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a well-structured production schedule aligned with customer demand and available capacity
  • Partners with Operations and cross-functional teams to identify and drive performance improvements
  • Maximize machine efficiency while supporting budgeted inventory targets
  • Monitor inventory levels to properly cycle molds and printers in coordination with Materials and Operations
  • Coordinate with approved subcontractors to utilize outsourcing when required
  • Collaborate with Customer Service to address order-related issues and priority changes
  • Provide management with capacity, utilization, and constraint visibility for assigned work centers
  • Maintain and enforce all company safety, environmental, and departmental health standards
  • Maintain accuracy of JDE work centers and scheduling parameters
  • Adjust production schedules to meet customer requirements, including priority changes and weekend production
  • Create, release, and cancel work orders in alignment with demand and capacity
  • Communicate committed order dates to Customer Service
  • Substitute parts lists as needed to optimize inventory consumption, in coordination with Materials
  • Maintain master data for assigned planner items
  • Ensure non-scheduled time is accurately captured and reported
