About The Position

As a Production Planner/Scheduler, you will be responsible for the daily production scheduling, customer fulfillment, and inventory management. This position is NOT a remote position. You will work five days/week from our Cleveland facility and report to the Supervisor, Production Scheduling.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain or related field desired with 3+ years of industry experience. High School Diploma with 5+ years of industry experience will be considered.
• Experience working with Microsoft excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets)
• MRP/ERP experience in Oracle.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the accuracy of the Production Schedule and leading production meetings.
• Create and print production batches within Oracle MRP system.
• Focus will be on the required due date and customer specific requirements.
• Coordinate and manage the ordering of finished goods pre-assemblies from third-party raw material warehouses, ensuring delivery and inventory alignment
• Collaborate in a Cross functional environment with Supply Chain/Technical/ Operations teams to determine future customer product needs and delivery timing.
• Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of lead times across the full production lifecycle, including each individual stage within the overall process.
• Work with Production Manager to establish feasibility of schedule based on workforce, equipment, and raw material availability.
• Coordinate Container changes and repackage materials when necessary
• Review Monthly Production Sign Off Production plan and work with Operations to ensure we meet daily drum beats and maintain a steady work flow
