Requirements

  • Must be highly organized and have a proven ability to work within a team environment.
  • 2+ years of experience in Production Scheduling, Planning, Manufacturing or Supply Chain Operations.
  • Strong understanding of products and processes.
  • Highly organized with a strong ability to prioritize, multi-task and ability to deal with stressfull situations.
  • Exceptional communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficient computer skills including Excel, ERP/MRP systems and Outlook.

Responsibilities

  • Create initial schedules on a daily basis, maintaining production integrity and customer relations.
  • Respond to request for improved ship dates.
  • Work with purchasing and production engineering to ensure materials available to support requirements. Engineering has enough time to work on orders to meet start dates / vendor lead times.
  • Keep all areas informed on changes, holds, special requests and requirements.
  • Create and publish expedite agreements, and priorty jobs.
  • Manipulate Work Orders for all Special Engineering projects without models.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
