Requirements

Must be highly organized and have a proven ability to work within a team environment.
2+ years of experience in Production Scheduling, Planning, Manufacturing or Supply Chain Operations.
Strong understanding of products and processes.
Highly organized with a strong ability to prioritize, multi-task and ability to deal with stressfull situations.
Exceptional communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficient computer skills including Excel, ERP/MRP systems and Outlook.

Responsibilities

Create initial schedules on a daily basis, maintaining production integrity and customer relations.
Respond to request for improved ship dates.
Work with purchasing and production engineering to ensure materials available to support requirements. Engineering has enough time to work on orders to meet start dates / vendor lead times.
Keep all areas informed on changes, holds, special requests and requirements.
Create and publish expedite agreements, and priorty jobs.
Manipulate Work Orders for all Special Engineering projects without models.
Perform other duties as assigned.
