Requirements

  • 2-3 year's experience in materials planning and inventory management preferred or equivalent manufacturing experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong PC and analytical skills
  • Strong organizational/time management skills

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred

Responsibilities

  • Provide a well-planned production schedule
  • Work with all departments to identify best methods for performance improvements
  • Maximize machine efficiencies, maintain budgeted inventory levels to meet requirements
  • Monitor inventory control to properly cycle molds and printers
  • Work with sub-contractors to utilize outsourcing as needed
  • Work with Customer Service Representatives to ensure all issues are addressed
  • Provide management information regarding capacity and utilization for assigned work centers
  • Maintain and enforce all company safety, environmental and department health requirements
