Requirements

2-3 year's experience in materials planning and inventory management preferred or equivalent manufacturing experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong PC and analytical skills
Strong organizational/time management skills

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s degree preferred

Responsibilities

Provide a well-planned production schedule
Work with all departments to identify best methods for performance improvements
Maximize machine efficiencies, maintain budgeted inventory levels to meet requirements
Monitor inventory control to properly cycle molds and printers
Work with sub-contractors to utilize outsourcing as needed
Work with Customer Service Representatives to ensure all issues are addressed
Provide management information regarding capacity and utilization for assigned work centers
Maintain and enforce all company safety, environmental and department health requirements
