About The Position

Play a key role in ensuring products are delivered on time by developing and managing production schedules that balance customer demand, manufacturing capacity, and operational efficiency. You'll partner with cross-functional teams to optimize labor utilization, support sales and operations planning, and help drive strong customer service and plant performance.

Requirements

2 Year / Associate Degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field of study or equivalent years of job experience required.
2-4 years of relevant work experience required.
Proficiency in Excel required.

Nice To Haves

4 Year / Bachelor Degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field of study preferred.
Previous SAP Experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Maintain capacity templates and adjust capacity/manpower as demand dictates.
Reserve capacity for short lead time programmed orders.
Coordinate production schedules across multiple manufacturing areas to support on-time delivery and shipping performance.
Partner with Operations, Supply Chain, Sales, and Engineering to communicate scheduling priorities, changes, and production requirements.
Manage schedule updates resulting from engineering changes, customer requests, material availability, and shifting business needs.
Monitor critical part availability and proactively suggest changes to minimize production disruptions.
Prepare and distribute daily status reports to support operational decision-making.
Track and communicate schedule changes, late shipments, and other key production updates to stakeholders.
Support and participate in continuous improvement activities.
