About The Position

A Production Runner supports customer success by ensuring print jobs and documents are delivered and scanned to designated slots throughout the production floor. The role requires continuous walking and moving totes and is physically demanding. The Production Runner must make decisions quickly with little direction, stay organized, and pay close attention to detail.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Dependability, flexibility, and ability to work overtime with little or no notice.
• Organizational skills.
• Previous experience using a pallet jack or experience in a physically demanding job.
• Entry-level computer experience.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience with an IR (Infrared) Scanner.
• At least 6 months of experience in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Read and comprehend job instructions (QA Checklist), including general instructions, special instructions, and change orders.
• Identify and pull appropriate print jobs and customer content by priority in a timely manner.
• Transport customer content to the appropriate slot location within the production floor.
• When needed, scan print jobs or customer content to the next process step and stage those jobs in the proper slots for continued processing.
• Self-manage complex issues and choose appropriate solutions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
