About The Position

The Kitting Associate handles all phases of kitting, including pulling customer inventory and documenting and updating inventory materials. The role involves preparing kits and pre-kitted inventory, monitoring inventory levels, and conducting simple quality assurance on production documents and customer inventory. The associate may also perform other duties as assigned.

• Inventory control experience.
• Knowledge of the print industry.
• Experience as a bindery associate.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pull customer inventory as required by Special Instructions (SIs).
• Document and update inventory tracking as materials are pulled.
• Kit documents and supplied inventory as required by the customer.
• Build pre-kitted inventory for use in later orders.
• Monitor customer inventory levels visually and alert the Inventory Group to impending shortages.
• Conduct simple quality assurance checks on production documents and customer inventory.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
