About The Position
Volt is immediately hiring for Assemblers, Broach Operators, Threadroll Operators, and Heading Operators for both 1st and 2nd shifts in Santa Ana, CA. These roles are full-time, temp to hire opportunities. The pay rate ranges from $19.00 to $35.00 per hour, depending on the position and experience. Requirements
- Must be able to pass a Background and Drug Screen
- The ability to read and write English.
- Basic Print Reading
- Basic Shop Math
- Troubleshoot
Responsibilities
- Operate work without supervision to complete full set ups of assembly machines.
- Perform in process inspection tasks verifying quality to performance.
- Work safely under functional safety guidelines such as PPE and equipment interaction.
- Adhere to quality processes including in-process inspection to ensure compliance with quality specifications.
- Use measuring instruments: calipers, micrometers, optical comparators, go/no go gages.
- Correctly interpret work orders and read blueprints.
