Production Worker - 1st & 2nd shift
About The Position
Volt is immediately hiring Assembly Workers for 1st & 2nd shift in Henrico, VA. This is a Full time Temp to Perm opportunity. As an Assembly Worker you will: Read work orders, follow production blueprints and instruction manuals. Performs intermediate assembly tasks, such as cutting, trimming, and crimping wire. Assembles and attaches hardware, such as caps, clamps, knobs and switches, to assemblies. Positions and aligns parts in specified relationship to each other in jig, fixture or other holding devices. Adjusts or trims materials from components to achieve specified electrical requirements or dimensional characteristics.
Requirements
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
- Familiar with electrical and mechanical assembly
- Understanding of and ability to use a wide variety of tools.
- Candidates selected must meet all pre-screening eligibility requirements, including criminal background check.
