About The Position

EMD Electronics is seeking a Production Process Engineer in Branchburg, New Jersey, to support safe, compliant, and reliable blending and chemical manufacturing operations for semiconductor patterning materials, including photoresists, anti-reflective/underlayer coatings (BARC/CUL), and ancillary process solutions such as EBR, rinses, and thinners. The role provides day-to-day technical leadership to improve process capability, safety, quality, reliability, and productivity through chemical process engineering, data-driven root cause analysis, and continuous improvement. The position combines hands-on production support with process engineering and analytical problem solving. The engineer leads technical activities, coordinates cross-functional execution, and ensures technical standards, systems, and capabilities are implemented and sustained. The role partners with Quality Control, Quality Assurance, EHS, Facilities Maintenance & Engineering, Supply Chain, Scale-Up, R&D, and global technical teams. It reports to the Production Manager. This is a fully onsite, Monday-through-Friday position in Branchburg, NJ.
