Process Engineer (Chemical Engineer)

Twin Rivers Technologies.•Quincy, MA

About The Position

The Process Engineer develops and optimizes continuous production and manufacturing processes to meet organizational output, quality, and cost goals. The role collects production data and uses scientific and statistical methods to analyze, document, and diagram processes; identifies bottlenecks and develops solutions; and recommends equipment, work-method, and process changes to improve efficiency and use of labor, energy, and raw materials. The engineer works with operators, technicians, and cross-functional teams to troubleshoot plant issues, support new-product and process commercialization, improve process efficiency and quality, and investigate downtime. The role also develops process documentation and operator training materials, supports continuous improvement, and helps ensure management-of-change procedures and safety, health, and environmental considerations are addressed throughout product development and commercialization. The position works in a production environment and may involve all-weather exposure, PPE, confined spaces, and physically demanding tasks.
