About The Position

Marco is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Production Print Specialist to support and grow our production print solutions. This role partners closely with Sales, Service, and customers to deliver high-quality production print systems, training, and technical expertise. The Production Print Specialist serves as a subject matter expert, helping design, install, and support advanced print environments while ensuring an exceptional customer experience and long-term client success.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Strong technical knowledge of production print equipment and software
  • Experience with print controllers (e.g., Fiery, Creo) and print workflows
  • Ability to troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Effective time management and organizational skills

Nice To Haves

  • Associate degree in IT, electronics, or related field preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in production print, copier technology, or related field
  • Hands-on experience with installation, training, or technical support preferred

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Sales to identify, develop, and support production print opportunities
  • Participate in client assessments, solution design, and product demonstrations
  • Install, configure, and support production print equipment, controllers, and software
  • Deliver on-site and remote training for customers on production print systems and workflows
  • Serve as a technical expert on production print technologies, including color management and variable data printing
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex print and color-related issues
  • Collaborate with Service and Support teams to ensure timely issue resolution
  • Develop and maintain training materials and best practices for customers and internal teams
  • Identify and communicate additional opportunities to enhance customer print environments
  • Maintain accurate documentation, including installation, training, and service records
  • Participate in ongoing training to stay current on production print technologies
  • Attend team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement efforts
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and documentation standards
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
