About The Position

ARC Document Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Print Production Specialist to join their team. This is a hands-on role that involves a mix of large format, small format, and finishing work. The ideal candidate will be flexible and willing to assist with various tasks, including operating printers, prepping files, trimming graphics, and preparing for installations. The role requires a detail-oriented, reliable individual who thrives in a fast-paced shop environment where daily tasks can vary.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in print production, large format printing, or sign production preferred.
• Familiarity with digital file formats, color theory, and print workflows (CMYK, RGB, Pantone).
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and RIP software (Onyx, Fiery) a plus.
• Physically able to lift 50+ lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Strong eye for detail, organization, and problem-solving.
• Ability to multitask and stay on track in a deadline-driven environment.
• Clear and professional communication skills.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with vinyl installation, vehicle wraps, or sign fabrication.

Responsibilities

• Operate digital printers (large format HP/Canon and small format equipment).
• Ensure color accuracy, print quality, and registration throughout production runs.
• Prepare and proof print-ready files using Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat).
• Handle finishing tasks such as cutting, trimming, laminating, mounting, and packaging.
• Prep vinyl graphics (weeding, masking, mounting) and assist with application/installation prep for wraps and decals.
• Communicate with team members and customers to resolve file or production issues.
• Perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment.
• Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy.
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Collaborate with team members to meet tight deadlines and deliver high-quality results.
