About The Position
We're the Ketchup Experts, and for 121 years The Fremont Company has been feeding the world like family. Now we need dependable 2nd shift team members to keep our Rockford production line moving! We're hiring for: Forklift Operators Machine Operators.
Requirements
- Reliable, hardworking individuals ready to learn
- Ability to stand, lift, and move throughout a shift
- A team-first attitude
Nice To Haves
- Forklift experience a plus (we'll train the right person!)
Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and/or production machinery to keep product moving
- Load, unload, and transport materials throughout the facility
- Monitor equipment and troubleshoot basic issues during runs
- Maintain quality and safety standards on every shift
- Work as part of a team that takes pride in what we make
