About The Position

We’re hiring an experienced Stand-Up Reach Forklift Operator for a busy food-manufacturing warehouse with tight operating space. This role is ideal for someone highly proficient on reach trucks, comfortable with fast production flow, and familiar with food-safety environments.

Requirements

• Strong stand-up reach forklift experience required
• Able to lift 50 lbs. and stand for full shift
• Ability to operate safely in tight, congested warehouse layouts
• Slip Resistant Shoes
• Pass drug screen and background check
• E-Verify is required

Nice To Haves

• Experience in food production/manufacturing preferred

Responsibilities

• Load and unload merchandise with forklift
• Operate stand-up reach forklifts safely in narrow aisles and tight spaces
• Move raw materials, packaging, and finished goods between production and warehouse
• Sort, separate, inspect, label, put away, replenishments, palletize, and stage product
• Use RF scanners for inventory accuracy
• General labor work as needed
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace
• Follow safety regulations, GMP, food safety, sanitation standards, and team protocols at all times
