3rd Shift - Production Positions (Forklift, Machine Operators & Batch Processors)
About The Position
We're the Ketchup Experts. For 121 years, The Fremont Company has been feeding the world like family — and our overnight crew keeps that legacy running strong. We're hiring for MULTIPLE 3rd shift roles: Forklift Operators, Machine Operators, and Batch Processors (Cooks). These roles involve safely moving materials, running production equipment, and keeping the line flowing all night long. Batch Processors will follow recipes and process specs to cook and prepare our signature ketchup, sauces, and more, where precision matters. Responsibilities include monitoring quality throughout the shift, keeping the work area safe, clean, and running smoothly, and working alongside a night crew that's got your back.
Requirements
- Dependable, self-starters who thrive overnight
- Ability to lift, stand, and stay focused through the shift
Nice To Haves
- Experience with forklifts, machinery, or batch/cook processes a plus (we train!)
- Attention to detail — especially for our Batch Processors
