About The Position

As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for producing high-quality corrugated packaging products while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. Menasha Packaging is seeking experienced and motivated Press Operators, Die Cut Operators, and Folder Gluer Operators to join our team on night shift. This role involves setting up, operating, and monitoring production equipment to meet quality and productivity goals, reviewing job tickets to ensure customer specifications are met, feeding material into machines, stacking finished product, and completing production paperwork. You will also be responsible for inspecting finished products, performing routine machine adjustments, assisting with equipment maintenance, and maintaining a clean and safe work area. Participation in continuous improvement and Lean Manufacturing initiatives, along with adherence to all company safety policies and procedures, is expected.

Requirements

Ability to work safely in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and move throughout a 12-hour shift
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis
Willingness to work overtime and weekends when business needs require
Ability to work rotating shifts if needed
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Basic computer skills
Ability to read and use a tape measure or ruler accurately

Nice To Haves

Experience in manufacturing, printing, packaging, die cutting, or machine operation is a plus

Complete production paperwork and prepare materials for shipment
Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met

Participate in continuous improvement and Lean Manufacturing initiatives
Follow all company safety policies and procedures
Perform other duties as assigned
