About The Position

Textron Systems is seeking a Production Planner intern to support production planning and reporting. The intern will generate and analyze metrics, build business object reports, assist with maintaining production schedules, and evaluate production output. The role also includes preparing earned value reports and issuing, researching, and closing work orders. The internship offers mentorship, training, development opportunities, and hands-on project experience.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or have completed a bachelor’s degree.
• Self-starter able to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Ability to obtain a security clearance.
• Demonstrated ability to plan, organize, and manage multiple priorities efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Generate metrics, analyze metric output, and build business object reports.
• Assist in planning, reviewing, and maintaining the production schedule, including supporting and facilitating production teams to meet daily production requirements.
• Evaluate and review production output and provide management with daily analysis and reporting of production status.
• Analyze production performance data and prepare earned value reports for the Integrated Master Schedule and Finance Departments.
• Issue, research, and close work orders as required.
