About The Position

The Production Packer prepares finished products for shipment by sorting, counting, assembling, packaging, and inspecting materials according to customer specifications and work instructions. The role helps ensure orders are accurate, safely packaged, and delivered on time. The position is full-time and in-office in the Cincinnati, Ohio area, with first- and second-shift availability. Starting pay is $16 to $17 per hour, based on experience, and the position is eligible for a stay bonus of up to $1,000.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to read and follow work orders, job tickets, and written instructions.
• Basic math and counting skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift materials weighing up to 50 pounds.

Nice To Haves

• Previous packing, warehouse, manufacturing, production, or assembly experience.
• Experience using shrink-wrap equipment, tape machines, or other packaging equipment.
• Experience working in a fast-paced production environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare products for shipment through packaging and shipment preparation.
• Sort, count, and verify products.
• Kit and assemble materials.
• Review work orders and job tickets.
• Inspect products and complete quality documentation.
• Operate packaging equipment.
• Support inventory and supply needs.
• Coordinate with other departments.
